Tizennégy naptári napon belül jogosult vagy elállni a vásárlástól anélkül, hogy ezt megindokolnád. Ez a tizennégy napos elállási idő azon a napon kezdődik, amikor a termék a birtokodba kerül. Visszaküldési szándékodról tájékoztass minket, az alábbi telefonon: +36 30 2133826, vagy a pastellocolours@gmail.com e-mail címen, egy egyértelmű nyilatkozat útján (e-mailben megküldött levél), hogy úgy döntesz, hogy elállsz a vásárlástól.
Elállás esetén mellékeld a megrendelés visszaigazoló emailjét, illetve a számlát, illetve jelölje melyik termék(ek)ről van szó.
Ha elállsz a szerződéstől, visszatérítjük a megrendelés értékét, beleértve rendelés kiszállításához kapcsolódó szállítási költségeket is (kivéve azokat a plusz költségeket, ami abból adódott, hogy az általunk kínált legolcsóbb szállítási költségtől eltérő szállítási opciót választott a termék visszaküldéséhez).
A visszafizetés minden esetben bankszámlára történő visszautalással történik legfeljebb 14 napon belül. Visszatarthatjuk a visszatérítést addig, amíg az áru megérkezik. Elállás esetén köteles a megrendelt terméket minél hamarabb, de legkésőbb elállási nyilatkozatod közlésétől számított 14 (tizennégy) napon belül nekünk visszaküldeni.

A fenti címtől eltérő helyre, illetve utánvéttel visszaküldött csomagot nem áll módunkban átvenni. A termék visszaküldési költségén kívül az elállás kapcsán semmilyen más költség nem terhel. (A kiszállítást visszatérítjük, csak a visszaszállítást nem.)
Ha a termék megvásárlására irányuló szerződéstől egyoldalú nyilatkozattal elállsz, azonban az elállással érintett terméket annak jellege, tulajdonságai, illetve működése megállapításához szükséges használatot meghaladó mértékben használta, a termékben bekövetkező értékcsökkenésért felelősséggel tartozol.
Cserére is van lehetőség, megbeszélés tárgyát képezi.
Returns & Refunds
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen calendar days without giving any reason. This fourteen-day withdrawal period begins on the day on which you receive the product. You must inform us of your intention to return it by calling +36 30 2133826 or by sending an email to pastellocolours@gmail.com, by means of a clear statement (letter sent by email) that you decide to withdraw from the purchase.
In the event of withdrawal, please enclose the order confirmation email or invoice, and indicate which product(s) are concerned.
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund the value of the order, including the delivery costs associated with the delivery of the order (except for the additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery option other than the cheapest delivery cost offered by us for returning the product).
In all cases, the refund will be made by bank transfer to a bank account within 14 days at the latest. We may withhold the refund until the goods arrive. In the event of withdrawal, you must return the ordered product to us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of your notification of withdrawal.

We are unable to accept packages returned to a location other than the above address or by cash on delivery. Apart from the cost of returning the product, no other costs will be charged in connection with the withdrawal. (We will refund the delivery, but not the return shipping.)
If you withdraw from the contract for the purchase of the product with a unilateral declaration, but you have used the product affected by the withdrawal to an extent that exceeds the use necessary to establish its nature, properties or operation, you are liable for any depreciation in the product.
There is also a possibility of exchange, it is a subject of discussion.
